I started working at age 12 delivering newspapers, spending days on the farm and washing dishes in my father’s restaurant. After graduating from Marquette University, I served as a commissioned officer in the Army. The Army taught me technical skills, leadership, discipline, devotion, and a never-fail attitude that cannot be duplicated anywhere. Upon leaving the service, I gathered my private sector supply chain experience working for a local manufacturer.
I created Superior Transport in 2003 by combining my work experiences with my devotion and passion to serve. I set out to build a company that listened and evaluated customer needs, then provided the services required. I work for our customers, staff and community. Every day, I remind myself how incredibly fortunate I am to have the relationships with our customers and equally fortunate to have a wonderful and devoted staff.
Executive Vice President
I joined Superior Transport & Logistics in 2007, prior to that he spent seven years with a national transportation company in various operation and sales roles. As vice president of sales and marketing, I have the responsibility to work directly with the management team to develop, evolve, and execute the companies growth strategy while ensuring that the ever-changing customer needs are exceeded.
I am extremely passionate about our people and the process in which we interact with our partners. Our philosophy is aimed at delivering world class service and exceeding expectations each and every day. We empower our people to act like owners of the business and do what is right for the customer.

Growing up in rural Pulaski, Wisconsin, my parents instilled a work ethic in me to work hard for what I wanted. I have brought this to my career starting at a young age by babysitting for the neighbors and bussing tables at a local restaurant. This trend continued as I worked full time, put myself through college and raised my family.
Before joining Superior Transport & Logistics I spent a lot of my career in the paper industry as a Manager focusing on understanding what motivates, challenges and makes people tick. Empowering people to make decisions and grow as individuals is very gratifying for me. I bring 20+ years of management experience to Superior Transport & Logistics, as well as a Masters degree in Organizational Leadership from Marian University. I am focused on growing the business with Superior Transport & Logistics to provide exceptional Service.
Technical Trainer / Onboarding Specialist
I am a customer service supervisor at Superior Transport. I came out of “retirement” (staying home with my kids) in 2012 to join Superior’s team, bringing 10+ years of truckload experience. I currently support our customer service team so we can provide the best transportation options for our customers. I have worn many hats at Superior to get the job done for our customers and our team, from working on-site with our customers or expediting freight to meet deadlines when necessary. On occasion I can be found moving or assembling furniture with Kerry or shoveling the sidewalk before everyone gets in. I should probably add VP of maintenance here to.
Customer Service Supervisor
In 2009 Mike (President) and Matt (VP) persuaded me to leave my customer service position at Sprint to join Kerry and Nicole in the office. For several years I walked the line between customer service and accounting. In 2014 I was given the opportunity to branch out and head up the accounting department. I now manage a team of accounting specialists.
I am one of the office problem solvers, and I somehow was given the role of IT. I spend my days running spreadsheets that most people do not want to decode, and yes, I am the person who will find the missing penny.

I started my career at Superior in 2008, when four of us all sat in one room together. I had a short learning curve and had to quickly get up to speed before Kerry left to give birth to her daughter! In my time here so far, I’ve been fortunate to be a part of many big changes, and watch as we’ve grown beyond my imagination.
I have over 20 years of transportation experience in both Truckload and LTL. Prior to Superior, I worked at Con-Way Freight for 10 years and Schneider National for 2 years.
I’m often referred to as the voice of reason in the office. I take pride in the long standing relationships I have with my co-workers and customers, and consider those relationships to be the best part of my job.
Customer Service Supervisor
In early 2017 I was working as a Nanny for several families and decided after 7 years it was time to work my way out of the twisty slide office and on to a new challenge. I started with Superior Transport in February 2017 with over 5 years of transportation experience and I haven’t looked back.
In my time at Superior I have developed relationships with my team, customers and vendors to the point of considering them “family”. It has been a blessing to be able to be part of a company whose values are above any I’ve ever seen. Superior allows me to grow on a professional and personal level without hesitation. So I have vowed that if I win a substantial amount on the lottery I will supply them with a petting zoo.
Senior Director of Business Development
I have been a Senior Account Manager since August of 2013, and I bring over 30 years of successful experience with a national transportation company. Prior to this, I worked my way through college with positions in shipping and receiving departments. You could say that I have spent my entire life in some form of logistics.
My passion is working in a consultative manner with each of my customers to create the most efficient transportation system possible for their unique situation. Superior Transport and Logistics is successful because we listen to our customers and we work together to develop customized solutions for every logistics need. My goal and my mission every day is to exceed my customers’ expectations.

I have been in the transportation industry since 2009 and I am driven by a strong desire to help companies become more strategic and efficient with their supply chain. I work closely with customers to understand what they need and then build a program that is suited to their specific business.
Along the way I get to meet great people and work with customers to solve tough challenges and ultimately help them improve their business. Customers relationships typically grow into good friendships and this is one of the most rewarding aspects fo this business.

This experience has lead to advanced knowledge and understanding of how the transportation and logistics world operates. I am excited to bring my skillset to the Superior Transport team!

Throughout my career, I have gained experience working to better strengthen internal controls, preparing financial statements, and overseeing different areas to help accomplish the goals of the company.
I am an individual who is continually working to increase my understanding of the accounting profession and GAAP, gain skills to make myself a better leader, and become more efficient, to better achieve the goals of the company.
